Handling of your personal data at IXT AS
IXT AS, Business reg. number: 933296172, (hereafter “the Company”), is the data controller for processing personal data.
This privacy policy provides information on how we process your personal data and what rights you have in this regard. This privacy policy applies to you if you:

- Apply for a job with us
- Are in contact with us in other ways, such as seminar participants, newsletter recipients, journalists contacting us, or other visitors.

What information we collect and why

- Customer and Provider Data: We process contact details (name, email, phone number, job title) to fulfill agreements, based on consent or legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1) a, b, c, f).
- Marketing and Communication: We process contact details (name, email, phone number, job title) to send marketing materials and business information. This processing is based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1) a). You can withdraw consent at any time, and we will remove you from the marketing list.
- Inquiries: We process your name, phone number, email, and any inquiry details to assist you. This processing is based on fulfilling agreements or legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1) a, b, f).
- Website Analytics: Information on www.ixt.no usage is processed according to our cookie statement.
Data Disclosure
We only disclose your data when legally required, such as fulfilling agreements or statutory obligations. We use data processors and have data processor agreements in place to ensure data safety. All processing occurs within the EU/EEA area.
Storage Duration
We store your data only for the necessary period based on the purpose of processing. Data processed with consent is deleted upon withdrawal of the consent. Data for fulfilling agreements is deleted when the agreement and obligations are complete. We may also be obligated to store data for specific periods by law.
Your Rights
